Bristol Airport Parking Limited Terms and Conditions

All persons entering the Car Park are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions

Entry to or use of Our Car Park and transfer to the Airport is subject to the following terms and conditions which are binding on every person entering the Car Park and using the transfer facility. These terms and conditions may not be varied save in writing by Us.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following words or phrases have the following meaning:-

  • Airport Bristol International Airport
  • Car Park Our property at South Liberty Lane Bedminster Bristol
  • MOT Certificate Ministry of Transportation Certificate
  • Parking Period the period for which You have made a booking to use the Car Park
  • We/Us/Our Bristol Airport Parking Limited
  • VAT Value Added Tax
  • Vehicle any vehicle of whatever kind which is parked in the Car Park
  • You/Your means any person who makes a Booking for a Parking Period or who uses the Car Park for the parking of a Vehicle or any other purpose

3. Bookings made online

3.1 Bookings made by completion of Our booking form via Our website are only effective once confirmed to You by Us by e mail to the e mail address stated by you on the booking form. If there is no email address it will be effective when We post a written confirmation to Your address as stated on the booking form

4. Bookings made by telephone

4.1 If You make Your booking by telephone Our telephone operators will take Your booking by taking relevant details from You

4.2 The booking will be completed when a booking reference number is given to You. We will however confirm Your booking by an email or by post as agreed in the course of the telephone call

4.3 Please let Us know if any of the booking information is incorrect using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions

5. Bookings made by post

5.1 If You wish to make a booking by post bookings will be completed once written confirmation has been posted by Us.

6. Cancelling or Amending a Booking

6.1 You must check all booking details on receipt of Our confirmation whether by e mail or by post) and please contact Us immediately on 01179632830 or by email to info@parkandflybristol.com if any details are incorrect. Please quote Our booking reference number and give Us 24 hours notice if You wish to cancel or amend Your booking (i.e. You wish to amend Your Parking Period).

6.2 You may cancel Your booking or make an amendment by contacting Us

6.3 No refund will be given for cancellations

6.4 If You arrive later than 23:59 of the day at the end of the Parking Period then You will charged an additional £5 per day or part thereof

Payment

7.1 All prices are stated in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT

7.2 Payment for a booking made on Our website or by telephone can be made using all major credit cards and payments.

Payments made online will be processed through PayPal

If payment by card is declined We reserve the right not to fulfill Your booking

If You wish to reclaim Your vehicle before the expiration of the Parking Period You will be liable to pay the parking fee for the agreed Parking Period.

7.6 We reserve the right to refuse to permit the exit of any Vehicle until such time as payment shall have been paid in full or otherwise secured to Our satisfaction. Entry to the Car Park with a Vehicle shall for the avoidance of doubt confer upon us a lien (i.e. a right to detain the Vehicle and recover costs) in respect of all charges due to us in respect of the use of the Car Park including (but without limitation) the costs of any damage to the Car Park or of any of our property occasioned by such Vehicle, its driver or other persons accompanying such Vehicle.

Use of Car Park

It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your vehicle left in the Car Park is properly secured

You warrant to Us that Your vehicle is in a safe and roadworthy condition with an up to date MOT certificate and that no dangerous toxic or illegal substances have been left in the vehicle

The directional and other signs including (but without limitation) speed restrictions displayed in the Car Park form part of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to eject and to refuse future admittance to any person or vehicle which has failed to observe such signs or who in Our opinion has failed to act responsibly

In no circumstances whatsoever save in the event of an emergency should You use the Car Park for:
Towing another vehicle or being towed; or
Working on or cleaning a vehicle; or
Any activity connected with the sale, hire or other disposal of a vehicle

8.5 You must produce a valid receipt when reclaiming Your vehicle. In the event that a receipt is lost We shall be entitled to require proof of Your identity. We shall not release Your vehicle to a third party without Your prior written authority

8.6 if you are not collecting Your vehicle on the day agreed as being the end of Your Parking Period We require no less than two hours notice to make Your vehicle available for collection. We accept no liability for delay in making Your vehicle available prior to expiration of the Parking Period if You have failed to give Us notice

Liability

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for loss of or damage to any vehicle or its contents (including damage to windscreen or glass) save to the extent that it is proved to be directly caused by the negligence or willful act or willful fault of Us.

We do not accept liability for any personal property or loose items left within the vehicle during the Parking Period or whilst travelling between the Car Park and the Airport on the Shuttle Bus

We accept liability in respect of death or personal injury sustained by You only to the extent that it is proved to be caused by the negligence or willful act or willful default of Us.

9.4 You shall indemnify Us against any death or personal injury or damage to property arising as a result of any negligent act or otherwise.

Notification of damage

You are required in the event of any accident at the Car Park (whether involving a vehicle or otherwise) or any theft from a vehicle at the Car Park to:
a) immediately inform a member of staff of the occurrence and assist in the completion of an Incident Report Form
b) in cases of theft, immediately inform the Police
c) to notify Your insurers promptly (where appropriate)

If You consider that You have a claim against Us, You should within seven days of the discovery of the loss, destruction, damage or theft, give written notice containing full details of the occurrence to the address specified below

We shall not be liable for any claim (other than a claim arising under Condition 9.2 above) where You fail to notify Us of such incident in accordance with these Conditions

Provisions relating to the Shuttle Bus

Transport between the Car Park and the Airport is included within the Parking Fee

Transport between the Car Park and the Airport leaves at regular intervals to coincide with flight arrivals and departure times

It is Your responsibility to arrive at the Car Park in good time (allowing for possible traffic congestion and other potential delays) to ensure that there is sufficient time for Us to get You to the Airport by the required check in time.

All luggage must be kept with You or otherwise in the luggage storage areas on the Shuttle Bus (You will be directed to these by the driver of the Shuttle Bus)

The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passenger whose conduct is in the opinion of the driver a danger or potential danger to the vehicle or its passengers may be removed from the vehicle or prevented from boarding the vehicle.

Complaints Procedure

Any comments good or bad should be made in writing to Us at Our address below or by email to info@parkandflybristol.com.

Please provide Us with as much information as possible so that We can adequately respond to Your complaint

We will acknowledge Your complaint in writing within 5 working days

If We do not have sufficient information to enable Us to sufficiently deal with Your complaint, We may write to You for additional information.

In any event We endeavour to respond in full to Your complaint within 20 working days.

In the event that Your complaint relates to damage of Your vehicle You may be required to make Your vehicle available for inspection
